Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in field sales.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling agricultural or FMCG products is an added advantage.
- Strong customer acquisition and retention skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
